How does reseller hosting work?
You have a reseller hosting control panel where you go to create your customer accounts. After filling in their account information you click 'create'. This will instantly set them up with their very own control panel and web space. This is where they will go to administer their website. Once they are logged into their control panel they can create sub domains, email addresses, change passwords and much more without requiring any help from you or us.
These plans are designed for all users that want the very best from their website and hosting. All DirectAdmin hosting also includes the highly acclaimed Softaculous - an easy script installer that comes preset with forums, galleries, guest books and more. Every cPanel website is securely hosted with offsite backups being made on a daily basis.

We backup all sites on a daily basis to our offsite secure R1Soft CDP servers that are based in the USA and UK. Although we do not charge our resellers for this service, responsibility of data integrity remains the responsibility of the reseller and ValueVPS Limited can not be held responsible if backups fail. Allways ensure you have your own backups.
