ValueVPS Refund Policy

Customers may cancel at any time via our cancellation form (in the billing manager) or support ticket. ValueVPS gives you a 30 day money back guarantee on services for any customer who paid the first invoice with a credit card or with Paypal (subject to conditions listed below).:

1. Refunds will not be issued for those who break our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies.
2. Domain names are non-refundable.
3. SSL certificates are non-refundable.
4. Dedicated Servers are non-refundable. A refund would be considered if we break our contractual terms.
5. Co-location services are non-refundable. A refund would be considered if we break our contractual terms.
6. Any setup fees incurred are non-refundable.
7. Any licenses for control panels or other software is non-refundable.
8. Only certain reasons will be accepted as valid reason to request a refund via our 30 day money back guarantee policy. Unacceptable reasons for a refund include but are not limited to:- change of mind, dislike to hardware, lack of customers knowledge relating to running service, move to another supplier etc.
9. Cancellation requests received after 30 days from the initial receipt of service will be refunded as follows:
   • Customers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused service period
   • A surcharge of 50% will be deducted from the refund amount
   • All terms are 30 days, we do not prorate.
10. We issue refunds by the following methods:
    • BACs (Bank Transfer)
    • PayPal
    • WorldPay
    • 2CO (2Checkout)
    • Cheque (Drawn on our UK bank account)
