Newcastle Uptime was 100%

Starting this month (February 2011) I will be posting network uptime stats for each of our three datacentres so that our clients (and potential clients) have an idea how well we perform.  I will also include notes explaining any planned outage as we do also include those when counting downtime.  It's worth mentioning at this point that we have kept stats of our network for quite some time and have consistently beaten our own 99.9% up time promise:

The datacentre is located 2 miles off the A1 on the outskirts of Newcastle giving great access by road and from Newcastle Internatinal Airport. The facility features Inergen gas fire suppression system, N+1 UPS, on-site diesel generator, diverse fibre connectivity, and N+1 cooling.

Our Datacentre is the only 1 in the North East of England - and is suitable for use by anyone in the county (England). Other towns within reasonable travelling distance (should you wish to make an appointment to see your colocated server in action) include Sunderland, Durham, Hartlepool, Middleborough, Stockton, Darlington, Washington, Thirsk, York, Gateshead, Whetherby to name a but a few.

Hosting your dedicated server has to be beneficial to you as a customer, even if its just to save on delivery costs alone.
